What can you expect?
- You develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies to support business growth and achieve joint objectives with key partners
- You plan, execute, and manage joint marketing programs and campaigns, including co-branded content, events, webinars, and other promotional activities
- You build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and maximize collaboration opportunities
- You work with partners to create co-branded and joint content that drives engagement and generates leads, ensuring content aligns with both partners’ brands and marketing goals
- You leverage partner portals effectively to manage and distribute marketing assets, track partner engagement, and facilitate communication, ensuring partners are trained and supported in using the portal
- You monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing programs, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on ROI and key metrics
- You conduct research to understand market trends, partner needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify new partnership opportunities
- You work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Corporate Marketing) and external partners to align marketing strategies and share best practices
What should you bring along?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- You have 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role, preferably within B2B SaaS and/or Transport & Logistics sectors
- You have proven experience in developing and managing successful partner marketing programs and campaigns
- You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- You possess solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives, creativity and a strategic mindset to develop innovative, multi-touch and multi-platform marketing programs, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- You are proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot or similar) and have experience in creating and managing content for joint marketing initiatives
- You are familiar with content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal or WordPress and email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus
- You are a strategic thinker with strong organizational and project-management as well as stakeholder-management skills, customer-focused with a passion for understanding and meeting partner needs, and proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
