Description:
The small but very nice micro apartment is located in the heart of Marburg. Due to its excellent location, the upper town of Marburg (pedestrian zone and a market place) is only a few meters away by feet. Anyway the apartment is very quiet and located in the back house (yard, ground floor). On a small area of 9 m2 you will have everything you need for your stay in Marburg. A living room with a single bunk bed, table and chairs for 2 people, as well as a small kitchenette with the necessary utensils, electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The apartment has a loft bed facing the TV and a closet directly under it. The bathroom is high quality equipped with a rain shower, as well as a mirror cabinet for storage. Of course, Wi-Fi is included as well as satellite TV. A monthly cleaning is included. Extra cleaning is possible on request for an extra charge of 30 €. A washing machine and a dryer can be used in the main building free of charge (Steinweg 45). There is also a laundry service 280 Meters away (Wettergasse 12). The rental of the apartment is limited to a maximum of 6 months.
