Our private apartments come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a premium mattress with bedsheets, pillows, and duvets, a large wardrobe, table, and chair for work with a lamp. Each flat has a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped modern kitchenette with everything from pans to a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. The building features a common area where you can comfortably work and socialise.
The up-and-coming Ostend area is home to the Frankfurt Zoo, Fritz Rémond Theater, and the green Hafenpark and Ostpark. You can easily reach the city center by bike in 10 minutes. The European Central Bank (EZB) is within walking distance, with other major banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen located within 30 minutes by public transport from the Frankfurt Main (Ost) station. At the doorstep of the building, you will find great bars, restaurants, and fitness studios FitSevenEleven and FitnessFirst, making living at Ostparkstraße 45 the ideal place for both work and leisure

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month.
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.
Our flats fulfil all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.
Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)
Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.
More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.
