There are no additional costs for you, all operating and heating costs are included in the rent of €1,950.The bright apartment is suitable for shared accommodation, it has two units separated by a connecting door, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Both parts of the apartment have box spring beds, workstations with seating, 63" Internet TV and fast WiFi. Please note: the two parts of the apartment are different sizes.Due to the room layout and past experience, we have found that the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for couples with children.The equipment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, cleaning equipment and vacuum cleaner, washing machine with dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes rack.Final cleaning at the end of the rental period is mandatory, for this purpose €300 will be retained from the deposit. The apartment equipment includes bed sheets, bed linen and towels.
