The bedroom is spacious and bright and includes a 160 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser. The building has an elevator that gives direct access to the apartment.BOOKING RULES:• All the contracts should start on the first day of each month. (Unless it's a public holiday).• We work with fixed contracts, so you can stay for a maximum period of 12 months. Extension of the contract is possible upon request. • All our contracts end on the last day of each month.• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,000 EUR will be requested.
