To terminate your lease, you must actively terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the termination policy before moving out. Otherwise, the rental agreement will be automatically extended.• If your booking specifies a minimum stay of 3 months, please note that the contract will still reflect a 6-month term due to strict residential regulations in Germany. Some apartments qualify for exceptions, allowing earlier departures after 3 months."• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,000 EUR will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is fully reimbursable once you move out.• Please note that we ask for a prepayment of your LAST month of rent, the first month of rent will be paid directly to us on the day your contract starts.• We charge a one-time membership fee of €150 upon signing the contract.
