There is also a community area in the building as a home office alternative.We would also be happy to issue you with a certificate of accommodation.*Please note that after completing the booking for each resident, the following documents must be submitted to the landlord for verification in order to complete the booking:- Copy of ID card- Employment contract- Proof of salary- Attention: for students there are special regulations regarding the payment guarantee (only national guarantees) or advance payment of the entire rent.**Please note that moving in is only possible on working days from Monday to Friday (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and moving out only at the end of the month.
