Description:
My fully equipped non-smoking apartment is located in the Berlin district of Prenzlauer Berg in the Gleimkiez, directly opposite Mauerpark. It is located in the quiet rear building on the first floor. I lived there myself for 17 years until I moved to the outskirts of the city with my family. With two rooms, a kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with a bathtub, it offers 50m² of space to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city and at the same time stay connected to the world through fast internet with WiFi.The furnishings include a bed measuring 2m x 1.40m, a wardrobe, a pull-out sofa bed and shelves, cupboards, chairs, small tables and lamps. The kitchen is fully functional with a fridge with freezer compartment, a gas stove with 4 burners and an oven, a double sink and a cupboard for dishes. The washing machine and the gas central heating are also located here, as well as the boiler that supplies the hot water. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment, as well as a hair dryer and dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
