Our offer:

• Ensuring stable and reliable IT services
• Day-to-day network performance monitoring as well as improving our measurement methodologies
• Troubleshooting and fault analysis; hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Design and Deployment of services either on premise or cloud based
• Improve the constantly ongoing automation of our platform

This is important to us

• Basic networking skills (Ethernet, IP, Routing) and excellent Linux/UNIX skills as well as experience in operating IT infrastructure services (DNS, Mail, LDAP, PKI)
• Ability to automate your work by using scripting or programming languages (e.g. bash, perl, python) and sound understanding of how to automate IT environments (Ansible, Salt)
• od kledge in managing cloud hosted environments (Azure) and kledge in monitoring tools (Zabbix) along with being able to analyse problems and conduct effective fault diagnosis and system recovery
• A reliable, structured and independent way of working including a clear communication (written and verbal), in German and in English
