Following the successful entrepreneurial journey of Achim Bönsch, Sebastian Seifert and Andreas Veller, which led to a remarkable nine-figure exit, both decided to leverage their hands-on experience and extensive expertise in founding and scaling successful companies to support the new generation of founders.

BSVenture was founded in 2024 and serves as the incubator for groundbreaking ideas that have the potential to become successful businesses. We back the next generation with initial funding, well-developed ideas, and a Tier 1 network of investors. We are always open to highly motivated and entrepreneurial individuals who aspire to become entrepreneurs themselves.

What can you expect?

  • You develop and implement the business model, product vision, and roadmap
  • You acquire new customers through various channels such as the website, cold calling, and trade fairs
  • You manage the P&L of the company including fundraising with the help of our team
  • You build a high-performing team
  • You lead the development of prototypes and the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

What should you bring along?

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively in a dynamic start-up environment, recognize opportunities, and adapt strategies as needed
  • You flourish in a dynamic, high-speed setting, thrive on rapid iterations, and have an inherent bias toward taking action with unwavering determination
  • You have a proven track record as an entrepreneur, or in a similar role with hands-on experience in a high-growth start-up or software company, ideally with founding experience. Working experience in high-pressure environments such as consulting or investment banking is also highly appreciated
  • You possess excellent communication skills to make technical concepts understandable to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration between teams
  • You have a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and performance
  • You are fluent in German and English, and experience in the security industry is a plus
